Section 1

General Terms

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and dd8888 (the "Platform"), governing all aspects of your use of the dd8888 website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at dd8888.vip and its subdomains.

The Terms apply to all activities conducted on dd8888, including but not limited to: account registration, deposits, withdrawals, sports betting (including cricket betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), live casino play, slot games, bingo, crash games, and participation in any promotional or VIP programme offered by the Platform.

dd8888 operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform serving players in Bangladesh. All services are provided in English. The Platform's native currency is Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), and all financial transactions are processed using BDT unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by dd8888.

dd8888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any aspect of its services at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice to Players, except where notice is expressly required by these Terms. The Platform will make reasonable efforts to communicate scheduled maintenance periods in advance through its website or registered email channels.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency or ambiguity, the English-language version of these Terms shall prevail. dd8888 does not guarantee the accuracy of any unofficial translation that may exist or be circulated by third parties.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use dd8888, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and throughout the entire duration of your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the minimum legal age for online gambling in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You are not prohibited from participating in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your location, country of residence, or citizenship.
• You are accessing dd8888 on your own behalf and not acting as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of dd8888, nor are you an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from dd8888 or had an account closed by dd8888 for violation of these Terms.
• You are a real individual and are not registering on behalf of a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.

dd8888 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Acceptable documents include government-issued national identification cards, passports, and other official photo identification issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. Players based in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar may be asked to provide proof of address in addition to identity documents.

If dd8888 determines at any point that a Player does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in this section, the Platform reserves the right to suspend the account immediately, void any pending bets or game rounds, and withhold any associated winnings or bonus balances pending further review. Any deposits made by an ineligible Player will be returned to the original payment method after deducting any transaction fees incurred.

Section 3

Account Registration

To access the full range of services on dd8888 — including sports betting, live casino, slots, bingo, and crash games — Players must create a registered account by completing the dd8888 registration process. Registration is free of charge. No purchase or deposit is required to create an account.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

Each Player is permitted to hold one account only on dd8888. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. dd8888 employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are confirmed, all associated accounts will be closed and any balances held within them will be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your dd8888 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. dd8888 is not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify dd8888 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account by contacting support at [email protected] (plain text — not a link) or via the 24/7 live chat facility inside your account.

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

dd8888 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and USDT. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) with zero conversion fees unless otherwise stated in writing by dd8888 at the time of the transaction.

Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your chosen payment method and account verification status. Players are advised to check the current limits displayed in the dd8888 cashier at the time of depositing.

Deposit processing times: bKash and Nagad deposits are typically credited to your dd8888 account within 60 seconds of successful payment confirmation. Rocket and Upay deposits are typically credited within 2–5 minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to be confirmed and credited.

Withdrawal processing times: Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to verification. VIP members enjoy priority processing of 1–2 hours. dd8888 reserves the right to extend processing times during periods of high demand, scheduled maintenance, or when additional verification is required.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless an exception is approved in writing by dd8888's payments team. This policy is in place to prevent fraud and money laundering. Players may not withdraw to a payment method that has not previously been used to fund their dd8888 account.

dd8888 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method used before processing a withdrawal. Failure to provide such proof within 72 hours of request may result in the withdrawal being delayed until satisfactory documentation is received. dd8888 will not be held liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

• Withdrawals are subject to completion of active bonus wagering requirements before being approved.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000 per transaction.
• dd8888 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. Third-party payment processor fees, if any, are the responsibility of the Player.
• dd8888 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence (EDD) checks on withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000 in a single transaction or ৳200,000 in a calendar month.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

dd8888 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, weekly cashback, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions aligned to the Bangladeshi calendar (Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, T20 World Cup). All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer and to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

Wagering requirements: All bonuses issued by dd8888 are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the specific bonus terms published on the promotions page or communicated via email or in-platform notification. Players must fulfil the stated wagering requirement before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.

Bonus validity: All bonuses carry an expiry date from the moment they are credited to your account. Bonuses that remain unwagered at the time of expiry will be removed from your account automatically without further notice. No compensation will be provided for expired bonuses.

• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• dd8888 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or void any bonus at its discretion if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or manipulation of the bonus system.
• Certain game types (e.g., live casino, certain jackpot slots) may contribute at a reduced rate — or not at all — toward wagering requirements. Refer to the specific bonus terms for contribution rates by game category.
• VIP members may be subject to different wagering requirements and bonus terms as outlined in the VIP programme documentation available at dd8888 VIP.

dd8888 takes a firm stance against bonus abuse. Any Player found to be exploiting bonus structures through low-risk hedging strategies, arbitrage betting, or coordinated multi-account wagering will have their bonus balance voided and may have their account permanently suspended. The determination of what constitutes bonus abuse rests entirely with dd8888.

Section 6

User Obligations

As a registered Player on dd8888, you agree to use the Platform solely for lawful, personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether by yourself or, in the event of a security breach arising from your own negligence, by a third party.

You expressly agree that you will NOT engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using dd8888:

• Providing false, inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during any subsequent verification process.
• Attempting to access, tamper with, or disrupt the dd8888 platform, its servers, or any associated infrastructure through any technical means, including hacking, scraping, or deploying automated bots.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or other financially illicit purpose.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings arising from a demonstrable platform error are void and will be recovered by dd8888.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players or with employees of dd8888 for the purpose of manipulating game outcomes or betting results.
• Selling, transferring, or assigning your dd8888 account or any portion of its balance to another person.
• Using any VPN, proxy, or IP masking service to circumvent geographic restrictions or account controls imposed by dd8888.
• Posting, transmitting, or displaying any abusive, defamatory, threatening, or otherwise harmful content through any dd8888 communication channel, including live chat support.

dd8888 reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to a breach of these obligations, including immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where criminal activity is suspected.

Section 7

Account Suspension & Closure

dd8888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within the required timeframe.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or collusion.
• Discovery that the Player does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2 of these Terms.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the Player themselves or by a third party on their behalf through dd8888's responsible gaming channels.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations that require dd8888 to restrict access to certain players.
• Extended account inactivity (defined as no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more).

Players who wish to voluntarily close their dd8888 account may do so by submitting a written closure request to [email protected] (plain text — not a link) or via the 24/7 live chat facility. Upon receipt of a voluntary closure request, dd8888 will process the closure within 48 hours. Any verified real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the Player's registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements.

Bonus balances and any winnings derived exclusively from bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements at the time of account closure will be forfeited and will not be returned to the Player under any circumstances.

Section 8

Limitation of Liability

dd8888 provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While dd8888 takes all reasonable measures to ensure platform stability, security, and game integrity, the Platform does not warrant that its services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely free of technical faults at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dd8888 shall not be liable to any Player for any of the following types of loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or game malfunctions.
• Loss or corruption of data, including account history or transaction records, resulting from circumstances beyond dd8888's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms, including forfeiture of bonuses or winnings due to breach of eligibility or wagering rules.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a Player's account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain secure login credentials.
• Losses resulting from delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment processors, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay network outages.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit dd8888's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

dd8888's aggregate liability to any single Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Players acknowledge that online gambling carries inherent financial risk and that dd8888 bears no responsibility for gambling losses incurred through normal use of the Platform.
